Schell Bray Attorneys Make Presentation on the Practical Effect of Tax Reform for Nonprofits

On April 18, 2018, Paul H. Livingston, Jr., Edward T. Chaney, and Peter G. Mattocks made a presentation focusing on the practical effect of tax reform for nonprofits.  The event was organized by the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium and hosted by the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro.  The presentation focused on: (1) fundraising and planned giving in light of tax reform and other recent developments; (2) how tax reform and other recent developments might impact day-to-day operations of nonprofits; and (3) key, ongoing compliance considerations.
