Amanda B. Lingerfelt joined Schell Bray in April 2023, with a focus on commercial real estate. Her primary area of practice involves title examination for all types of commercial real estate transactions. She searches and reviews public records and prepares an opinion of title for transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers, and lenders. She regularly discusses title issues with local title companies, advises clients on title matters, and proposes curative measures necessary to effectuate proper transfer of title.

Prior to joining Schell Bray, Mrs. Lingerfelt worked for a boutique residential real estate firm where she handled all title matters and conducted closings, across the state of North Carolina. 

She and her husband Alex have two children. They enjoy watching hockey and traveling together.
