Occasionally, we recruit experienced attorneys for a position in a specific practice area. Applicants for a lateral position are typically evaluated based on their experience and education in that practice area. We also seek to fill paralegal and other support staff positions as the need arises.

Lateral Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Schell Bray PLLC is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our firm in either our Greensboro or Chapel Hill office. A minimum of 7 years of experience representing clients in a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development, is required. An experienced land use and zoning attorney will also be considered. A portable book of business is preferred, and equity partnership may be considered. A partner/associate team may also be considered. Excellent academic credentials and license to practice law in North Carolina required.
