Schell Bray PLLC is proud to announce the promotion of Kristin King to Partner, effective January 1, 2025.

Kristin has a diverse client base, with her practice covering a range of tax and business matters across various business and investment industries. She advises clients on tax-efficient structuring, investment funds and operations, M&A transactions, employee compensation arrangements, and cross-border tax planning. Kristin joined the firm as Special Counsel in January of 2016.
