Galina P. Petrova, a member of the Business Practice Group, authors an article titled “The New Partnership Tax Audit Regime: 20 Takeaways.” The article appears in Tax Assessments, a publication of the Tax Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Galina Petrova focuses her practice on advising businesses and investors on transactional taxation matters, entity formation, reorganizations, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. She also assists clients with corporate law matters, including governance and compliance, and with advising tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Petrova received her J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she also obtained an LL.M. degree in Taxation. She holds an LL.M. degree in Global Economic Law from The Sorbonne in Paris.
