Commercial Real Estate
Ryan Gladden is a member of the Commercial Real Estate practice group at Schell Bray where he focuses on assisting clients with the acquisition, financing, ownership, leasing, and disposition of real property throughout North Carolina. Ryan has significant experience in all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including contract negotiation, title examination and due diligence, preparation and review of loan agreements and other closing documents, and settlement.
Before joining the firm, Ryan worked with a general civil practice firm where he counseled a diverse range of clients, from individuals buying their first home, selling inherited property, or starting a new business to managers of multimillion-dollar commercial real estate portfolios. His prior experience in other areas of the law, such as civil litigation and estate planning, continues to provide valuable insight for his real estate practice, which he understands is often only one component of his clients’ overall financial goals.
Ryan is a native of Greensboro and has practiced law here since 2013. He received a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Brigham Young University before attending law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ryan and his wife, Lindy, live in High Point, where their children attend Southwest Guilford. In his free time, he plays pickup basketball, volunteers at his church, and cheers on his kids in volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track.
