Lateral Business Attorney

Schell Bray PLLC is seeking an experienced business attorney to join our firm in either our Greensboro or Chapel Hill office. A minimum of 7 years of experience in business law areas such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, finance, private placements, labor and employment, intellectual property, or related areas is required. A portable book of business is preferred, and equity partnership may be considered. A partner/associate team may also be considered. Excellent academic credentials and license to practice law in North Carolina required.
