Amy H. Kincaid, a member of the Schell Bray Trusts and Estates Practice Group, and a partner in the firm, was a program speaker for the 2016 Advanced Estate Planning Survey Course on Friday, May 6th at the NC Bar Center in Cary, NC. Ms. Kincaid’s topic was “Portability: Simplification or Complication?”
Amy Kincaid regularly counsels clients on a wide variety of estate planning, estate administration, and charitable giving issues. Ms. Kincaid is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She received her B.S. degree from Clemson University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
