Amy H. Kincaid Speaks at the 38th Annual 2016 Tri-State Sculptors Conference

Amy H. Kincaid, a member of the Schell Bray Trusts and Estates Practice Group, and a partner in the firm, was a guest speaker for the 38th Annual 2016 Tri-State Sculptors Conference on Friday, October 7th in Star, NC. Ms. Kincaid’s topic was “Estate Planning for Artists.”

Amy Kincaid regularly counsels clients on a wide variety of estate planning, estate administration, and charitable giving issues. Ms. Kincaid is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She received her B.S. degree from Clemson University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
