Amy H. Kincaid, a member of the Schell Bray Trusts and Estates Practice Group, and a partner in the firm, was the featured speaker at the Greensboro Estate Planning Council meeting held on May 20, 2015. Ms. Kincaid’s topic was “Estate Planning for Blended Families.”
Amy Kincaid regularly counsels clients on a wide variety of estate planning, estate administration, and charitable giving issues. Ms. Kincaid is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She received her B.S. degree from Clemson University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
