Schell Bray is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Jeff Wolfe to the firm’s corporate practice group.
A graduate of Wake Forest Law School, Jeff practiced for 8 years in the Triangle and 4 years in the Triad before joining the Greensboro-based firm. At Schell Bray, Jeff will split his time between the firm’s offices in Greensboro and Chapel Hill and its newly opened Winston-Salem location.
Jeff brings deep experience in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and day-to-day contracting needs. In addition to providing legal services, Jeff has been an active member of the state’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, including service as a counselor for the Forsyth Tech Small Business Center; a mentor for Velocity, an accelerator for creative entrepreneurs; and a coach for multiple Startup Weekends. Since 2015, he has also served on the Board of Directors of JusticeMatters, a nonprofit that provides legal services that protect children and help survivors of human trafficking and other traumas rebuild their lives.
