Barbara R. Christy Honored as a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Law

Schell Bray is pleased to announce that Barbara R. Christy, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, was recently elected as a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). The American College of Real Estate Lawyers is a premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.

Ms. Christy’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Christy assists clients in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property, including preparation of contracts, due diligence, review and negotiation of loan documents, examination of title, 1031 exchange issues and closing.
