Christina Freeman Pearsall Speaks to ABA Leasing Group

Christina Freeman Pearsall, an associate in the Schell Bray real estate group, was a co-speaker on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, for the American Bar Association Leasing Group’s bi-monthly series, “The Nuts and Bolts of Retail Leases,” presenting on the topic of Lease Exclusives.

 The “Nuts and Bolts of Retail Leases” is a bi-monthly conference call series designed to provide newly practicing lawyers, as well as those new to the retail leasing field, with a basic understanding of lease provisions and their sometimes unique application to retail leases.
