Schell Bray PLLC is pleased to announce that Christina Freeman Pearsall was recently elected to the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association for a three year term. Council members regularly address and vote on issues affecting Section members, such as legislative initiatives or items to be considered by the North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors. The Council meets quarterly to assist in planning Section events, such as continuing legal education programs or pro bono projects.
Ms. Pearsall’s practice focuses on commercial real estate. She assists developers, property managers, individual and corporate investors, and other businesses with the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of real property. Ms. Pearsall received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the North Carolina Central University School of Law and her LL.M. (Tax) from the Boston University School of Law.
