Ed Chaney Presents Four Sessions for NC Center for Nonprofits 2020 Conference

Attorney Ed Chaney presented four sessions including “A One-Hour Crash Course in Legal Compliance for Nonprofits” with David Heinen, which was an overview of the key federal and state rules governing nonprofits; “The Practice of Good Governance,” an in depth exploration of the legal and practical considerations for good nonprofit governance; “Key Legal Issues for Nonprofits During Economic Crisis,” covering certain issues often faced by nonprofits in  weathering economic crises; and a one-hour open Q&A, which also included David Heinen and Lisa Gordon Stella.
