Friends of the UNCG Libraries Elect Jennifer L.J. Koenig Vice-Chair/Chair Elect

Schell Bray is pleased to announce that Jennifer L.J. Koenig, a partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group, was recently elected by the Friends of UNCG Libraries as Vice-Chair/Chair Elect at their recent annual meeting. Koenig’s practice focuses on issues ranging from simple wills and powers of attorney to very complex estate planning and wealth preservation techniques, including GRATs (grantor retained annuity trusts), limited liability companies (LLCs), complex charitable planning, and succession planning for family-owned businesses. She received her A.B. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
