Holly Alderman Named to Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite Hall of Fame

Jonathan L. Jenkins, a member of Schell Bray’s Business Practice Group, spoke on January 9, 2015 at the Guilford Technical Community College “2015 Small Business Summit." Jonathan’s topic was “Legal Structures for Startups: Choosing Your Business Entity."

Jonathan focuses his practice on startups, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital matters. He practices in both the firm’s Chapel Hill and Greensboro offices. Mr. Jenkins received his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
