Holly H. Alderman Named in the Top 50 Women North Carolina Super Lawyers of 2015

Holly Alderman, a member of the Schell Bray Real Estate Practice Group, was recently selected to the North Carolina Super Lawyers Top 50 Women. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Ms. Alderman is honored to have been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2009 – 2015, in addition to this year’s Top 50 recognition.

Ms. Alderman focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters and typically represents local, regional and national retail, residential, restaurant, office and mixed-use development clients in the assemblage, acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposition of properties. Ms. Alderman received her J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
