Kristin King Joins Schell Bray’s Tax Practice

We are pleased to announce that Kristin King has joined Schell Bray and will concentrate her practice in the area of tax law. Prior to joining Schell Bray Ms. King practiced for 15 years at a boutique law firm in New York where she focused on tax and business matters. Ms. King will concentrate on a broad range of tax issues relating to entities, individuals and business and investment transactions. Ms. King received her J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law. Her undergraduate degree is from Clemson University. She is currently licensed to practice law only in New York and will be seeking her North Carolina license under the applicable reciprocity rules
