Christina Freeman Pearsall Speaks at the 12th Annual Fall Gathering in Chapel Hill

Christina Freeman Pearsall, a member of the Schell Bray Real Estate Practice Group, and a partner in the firm, spoke on October 16, 2015 at the Twelfth Annual Investors Title Insurance Company Fall Gathering North Carolina CLE Attorney Seminar. Ms. Pearsall’s topic was “Commercial Leases.”

Ms. Pearsall’s practice focuses on commercial real estate. She assists developers, property managers, individual and corporate investors, and other businesses with the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of real property. Ms. Pearsall received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law and LL.M. (Tax) from Boston University School of Law.
