The J. W. Willie York Awards are given annually by the Triangle Chapter of the Urban Land Institute to those individuals and companies who have made outstanding contributions to the creation and continued vitality of thriving communities in the Triangle Region. The new Citrix office campus, located in downtown Raleigh, was announced as the winner of the Triangle ULI Chapter’s 2015 Influence Award at a program held on October 22 at the North Carolina Museum of Art. The Citrix space is designed for up to 900 employees, with approximately 600 employees currently working in the building. Schell Bray is pleased to have been a part of the development team for this project and to have served as general counsel to the project’s developer, Warehouse District Partners, LLC. Schell Bray extends congratulations to all members of the Citrix project team for their contributions to this major downtown Raleigh redevelopment and its recognition as a 2015 York Awards recipient.
