Schell Bray Attorneys Participate in the Greensboro Society of Financial Service Professionals Event

Schell Bray attorneys Mike Godwin, Jennifer Koenig and Parrish Peddrick participated in The Greensboro Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals annual event, Professional Day, on May 17, 2011 at the Bryan Park Enrichment Center.  This event for financial service professionals offers continuing education for its members.  The Schell Bray team explored theoptions of using limited liability companies, valuation discounts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intra-family loans, and disclaimers in light of the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act of 2010.
