Schell Bray is pleased to announce that attorneys April Kight and Jeff Wolfe are presenting at the North Carolina Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2020 Basics of Business Law virtual CLE program. April’s presentation will focus on the basics of a private placement securities offering, and Jeff’s presentation will focus on the various legal and tax considerations associated with the formation of a business entity. Schell Bray attorney Andrew Steffensen, who is a member of the NCBA Business Law Section and Chair of the NCBA Business Law Section’s Communications Committee, served as a co-planner for this event.
