Schell Bray PLLC adds two attorneys

Schell Bray PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm. Amanda B. Lingerfelt has joined the Real Estate practice group as Title Attorney, and Jesse R. Offchiss is the firm’s newest Associate within the Trusts and Estates practice group.  

Amanda Lingerfelt’s focus is commercial real estate. Her primary area of practice involves title examination for all types of commercial real estate transactions. She searches and reviews public records and prepares an opinion of title for all transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers, and lenders. She regularly discusses title issues with local title companies, advises clients on title matters, and proposes curative measures necessary to effectuate proper transfer of title.

Jesse Offchiss focuses his practice on assisting individuals and families with all aspects of the estate planning process, with the goal of helping clients protect what they have built over a lifetime of work and minimizing the tax liability brought on by inheritance.
