Schell Bray PLLC Partners Speak at NCBA Business Law Section Program

Schell Bray PLLC was well represented at the North Carolina Bar Association Business Law Section Program held February 8 and 9 in Winston-Salem. The conference, titled The Times They Are A-Changing for Business Lawyers, focused on the whirlwind of recent changes to state and federal law. Schell Bray partner Ed Chaney, who leads the firm’s Tax-Exempt Organizations and Philanthropy practice, co-chaired the meeting, and Andrew Steffensen, a partner in the firm’s Business practice served as a presenter for “Jump, Jive an’ Wail”: Beneficial Ownership Reporting and Filing Obligations Under the Corporate Transparency Act.
