Schell Bray Sponsors Community-Centered Events This Spring

This spring, Schell Bray proudly supported several impactful events that reflect our firm’s ongoing commitment to community engagement, inclusion, and service. From empowering women and families to supporting animal rescue and advancing education, our March and April sponsorships highlight the values guiding our work inside and outside the office.

Celebrating Inclusion with the North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance
On March 1, Schell Bray was honored to sponsor the North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance’s 8th Annual Inclusion Gala. The evening featured cocktails, dinner, and an awards ceremony recognizing the transformative work NCDSA does to promote inclusion and advocate for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Investing in Women and Their Futures
Later in March, Schell Bray sponsored the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro’s Women to Women Initiative Gala. This inspiring event raised funds for the 2025 Women to Women Grant Program, which provides crucial support to pressing needs in our community. Every dollar raised goes directly toward projects that uplift women and families across Greater Greensboro.

Supporting Animal Rescue at Red Dog Farm’s Signature Event
On April 3, we were thrilled to once again sponsor the beloved Dogs on the Catwalk fundraiser hosted by Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network. Co-founded in 2006 by Schell Bray partner Garland Graham, Red Dog Farm is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals throughout Guilford County. We are proud to support their mission of compassion and care.

Partnering in Real Estate Education at UNC Kenan-Flagler
Schell Bray also continued our tradition of supporting the next generation of leaders by sponsoring the UNC Real Estate Conference on April 24, hosted by the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Held at the iconic Dean E. Smith Center, this year’s conference featured thought-provoking discussions on commercial real estate and a keynote address by Hilton President and CEO Christopher J. Nassetta.

Out of the Garden Volunteering
In March, members of the Schell Bray team volunteered with Out of the Garden Project, a Greensboro-based nonprofit dedicated to ending food insecurity for local children and families. Two teams helped sort, pack, and distribute fresh food to those in need. These volunteer days supported a vital community mission and were a great opportunity to connect with our colleagues outside of the office.

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to events that bring people together and strengthen the communities we serve.
