Schell Bray’s Amy Kincaid Named NCBA Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section Chair

Schell Bray partner Amy H. Kincaid has been appointed Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section for 2015-2016. She served as the Section’s Vice Chair for 2014-2015.

Amy Kincaid, a member of the Schell Bray Trusts and Estates Practice Group, and a partner in the firm, regularly counsels clients on a wide variety of estate planning, estate administration, and charitable giving issues. Ms. Kincaid is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She received her B.S. degree from Clemson University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
