Schell Bray’s Amy Kincaid speaks on trusts at Family Law Intensive Seminar

Schell Bray PLLC’s Amy H. Kincaid, a partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice area, presented at the Special Considerations in a “Grey Divorce,” Family Law Intensive Program offered by the North Carolina Bar Association, Family Law Section, and held January 25-26, 2024, in Wrightsville Beach. The program included a variety of legal and practical concerns, including incompetency, grandparents’ rights, estate planning, trusts, valuation issues, alimony and more. Kincaid’s session focused on various types of trusts, taxation of trusts, and key issues for family law attorneys when dealing with trusts.
