Schell Bray’s Amy Kincaid speaks on trusts at the NCBA Family Law Intensive Program 

Schell Bray PLLC’s Amy H. Kincaid, a partner in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice area, presented at the North Carolina Bar Association’s Family Law Intensive Program held November 2-3, 2023, in Greensboro. The program included issues related to “Grey Divorce” or divorce of couples over 50. Kincaid’s session focused on various types of trusts, taxation of trusts, and key issues for family law attorneys when dealing with trusts.
