Schell Bray’s Barbara Christy receives Greensboro Bar Association’s 2022 Distinguished Service Award

Schell Bray PLLC is pleased to share that real estate partner Barbara Christy is the 2022 recipient of the Greensboro Bar Association’s Distinguished Service Award. Christy was presented with the award on Sept. 15 at the September meeting of the Greensboro Bar Association.

Established in 1993, the Distinguished Service Award is the highest honor bestowed on a Greensboro Bar member and recognizes a deep devotion and commitment to the practice of law. Annually, the Greensboro Bar Association presents it and two additional awards – the Centennial Award and the Pro Bono Award – to deserving honorees.

Christy’s is a board certified specialist with a practice that focuses on commercial real estate transactions, assisting clients in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate property. She has extensive experience with multi-family and retail properties, and has closed virtually every type of commercial property. In addition, Christy is currently serving as Past-President of the North Carolina State Bar.
