Stacey A. Brady Named Partner at Schell Bray PLLC

Schell Bray PLLC is pleased to announce that Stacey A. Brady became a partner in the firm on March 1, 2017. Stacey practices in the area of general corporate law with a focus on pass-through entities and their taxation. She has extensive experience negotiating and preparing operating agreements for complex limited liability company structures and joint ventures. Ms. Brady received her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
